CAKES BY JOANN is now considered the largest wedding cake specialty shop in California, with the widest selection of cake toppers, wedding glasses, guest books, ring pillows, and invitations.  Joann also is able to offer the newest cake decorating techniques to her customers.

Joann has been designated a master baker and a master cake decorator, due to her vast experience in the development and decorating of her famous cakes.  Her shop currently turns out about 20 wedding cakes and 60 to 80 sheet cakes a weekend.
